6. Handsome is not complex at all, they're rather simple. The self titled album is a straightforward, no frills hard-rock affair with a slightly dark edge. The songs have a very solid and enjoyable sonic dynamic to them that makes listening to them a slow burning affair, much like what you'd have with a band like Filter/5(29).
